Axles India was started in 1982, as a joint venture with Eaton. In 1998, Dana Holding Corporation purchased Eaton Axles Business and Axles India’s shares were part of this arrangement. In 2025, TSF group purchased Dana’s share in entirety.
Axles India is a joint venture of TSF Investments Limited & Wheels India. Axles India has the capability to provide Axle Housings for the entire range of Light, Medium and Heavy Commercial Vehicles. The capacity of Axle Housings is at an annual level of 400,000 Axle housings, Manufactured in plants located at Sriperumbudur, Cheyyar (Tamilnadu) & Jamshedpur (Jharkhand).

Axles India also exports to Dana (USA, Mexico, Brazil & Australia) and UD Trucks (Thailand & Japan).
